DETAILED CRUISE ITINERARY
DAY 1: SPLIT, CROATIA – cruise starts
Highlights: Amble through the ancient streets of the former Diocletian’s palace, now a lively residential area
Welcome to Croatia and the Adriatic Sea adventure! Transfer from Split airport or your hotel to the Split harbour where you embark on the ship. Check-in from 14.00 h onwards. Some time to freshen up. Afterward, enjoy the guided tour of the city (not possible for late arrivals). Ancient streets of the former Diocletian’s palace, now a lively residential area, are waiting for you, as well as Split’s famous harbor-front promenade. When you roam through the streets of Split, you could recognize some places you might saw in a TV fantasy drama, Game of Thrones. After the tour of Split, return to the ship for a welcome reception and cocktail to enjoy the meet and greet party on board. Overnight in Split.
DAY 2: SPLIT – KORČULA
DAY 3: SPLIT – MLJET ISLAND – DUBROVNIK
DAY 4: DUBROVNIK
Highlights: Morning city tour of the magical old town of Dubrovnik with a cable car ride to the mount of Srd
After breakfast transfer to the old town for the city tour of Dubrovnik to discover its beauty and uncover the treasures of the streets and monuments in the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’. Next, we take a cable car to a panoramic spot on the mount of Srd to get the 13th Century Old Town, with its 1,940m long City Walls, in the palm of your hands. Perhaps you wish to take a walk on the City Walls and discover hidden gems such as cafes perched along the walls, where you can sit back and watch the sunsets. Afternoon at leisure.
DAY 5: DUBROVNIK – PELJESAC PENINSULA
DAY 6: PELJESAC PENINSULA – HVAR ISLAND
Highlights: Experience Pakleni islands, a gorgeous chain of wooded isles, surrounded with crystal-clear waters | City tour of Hvar town and evening at leisure to experience Hvar night life
Morning departure towards Hvar. We will enjoy lunch on the small island of Scedro and have a swim stop at the Pakleni islands, a gorgeous chain of wooded isles, surrounded by crystal-clear waters. Our arrival to Hvar is planned for the afternoon. Long, lean Hvar is vaguely shaped like the profile of a holidaymaker reclining on a sun lounger, which is altogether appropriate for the sunniest spot in the country. But there are also many historical landmarks in the main town which will be introduced to us by a local guide. Afterward, you can take a hike up to the town fort to get the best view of the beautiful area. In the evening Hvar offers an abundance of entertainment – many restaurants, bars, and cafes are open long into the night.
